Delivery Operation Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist to set up rules and regulations for delivery app users.
  • Analyze logistics data, forming operation daily reports and summarize weekly reports.
  • Organize the logic of operation, assist in the construction of platform logistics process and system.
  • Monitor the operating data of cooperative partners, establish structured data reports, which reveal the status of the operation.
  • Conduct the logistics structure system analysis for the franchisees, build a reasonable structure for delivery drivers, explore the correlation between operations and regions, and provide solutions.
  • Review the project process, provide landing reports, and update existing standards to form a closed loop of business operations.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
Skills and Experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Discuss and consult the company for design needs to identify the scope of a project.
  • Determine the message the design should portray.
  • Determine the strategy to deliver a clear message to a particular target audience.
  • Prepare layouts or mock-ups of a design using illustration, text, photograph, color, and computer-generated imagery, either by hand or using computer software.
  • Create visual aspects for product illustrations, logos and websites, event marketing materials, etc.
  • Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the logo, icons, photographs, and other components where necessary.
  • Incorporate changes recommended by company into the final design.
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing
  • Organize the production of proofs and liaising with EASI.
  • Incorporate online and offline promotion events organization and evaluation.
  • Performing other duties as required by the company from time to time.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or other related majors.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Business Development Representative

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Proactively working on business development and manage your sales and relationships with your customer at every stage of your work.
  • Identify new potential restaurant partners in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
  • Develop relationships with prospective restaurant partners, while maintaining existing partner relationships.
  • Team build with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective restaurant partners.
  • Negotiate contract terms with restaurant partners.
  • Train restaurant partners regarding backstage systems.
  • Maintain healthy relationships and communications with restaurant partners.
  • Responsible for timely feedback between restaurant partners and the firm regarding complaints.
  • Renew contract terms and commission margins with restaurant partners.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
  • Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with potential advertising clients.
  • Incorporate with marketing team regarding seasonal firm promotion collaboration with restaurant partners.
  • Perform other duties as per requested.
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
  • This role is contract based however you are required to have at least 1 year of valid working visa. PR／AU citizen is desirable.
  • Previous work experience in B2B business development is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal business manner.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work under deadlines.
  • Flexible and stress tolerant.
